Terms and conditions for 1st Warnbro Sound Scout Group
Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern 1st Warnbro Sound Scout Group's relationship with you in relation to this website.

• The term "member" refers to a user to the website that has a logon to access member areas of the website.

• The term "Section Leader" refers to a leader of either Joey's, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers or Rovers as displayed on the Contact Us page
• The term "Webmaster" refers to the person who is responcible for the design and maintenance of the website

Images (Photographs)

• Any group photograph where individuals cannot under normal viewing conditions be clearly identified will be published providing that you have the appropiate membership access to the website
• Any photograph that clearly identifies and adult or child member will not be published without the prior signed consent of that individual. In the event that the individual is a minor (ie under the age of 18) this consent must be signed by the parent or legal guardian of that individual
• All photographs published on this website are Copyright © by the owner of that photograph, and any 3rd party use of that photograph is prohibited unless you get written permission from the owner
• To have a photograph included on this website, you are required to either email the photograph or deliver to the photograph to your section leader. If the photograph is deemed acceptable it will be placed on the website. All electronic photographs must be jpeg (jpg) format, with a maximum size of 640x480 and no larger than 1Mb in size
• Photographs will be catorgised into two sections Public or Private. Public photographs will be available to anyone who visits the website, Private photographs will only be available to Members
• If you do not know how to resize you images please forward all images to the Webmaster, they will be resized and then passed to the appropiate section leader

Membership

• With the exception of the Gallery Section on this website, the website is available for general viewing by any person, group or organisation that has access to the internet.
• The gallery is divided into two sections:
• Public: General viewing of photographs for any visitor to the website
• Member: only available to visitors who have login rights to the gallery
• Membership to the website is automatice for any member of the 1st Warnbro Sound Scout Group. membership rights will be considered for any other member of Scouts Australia, at the Group Leaders descrition.
• Membership to the general public will not accepted under any circumstance.
• Membership to extended family will only be accepted with a majority vote of the 1st Warnbro Sound Scout Group Council. This vote must be greater than 80% in agreement
